Probably defective
I got it to pair and connect, but it wouldn't connect to my ECU. A different brand of elm327 worked immediately.

Works on a Ducati
Worked great on my 2020 Ducati Scrambler. Found no need to install any drivers like the instructions said, simply plugged in the USB to my computer and it was ready to go.

It works great
It works great. I tested it. It is a 1.4 version odbII Bluetooth. It will connect to 95 % of the vehicle's that are out there. It work great. you do need software to use this Bluetooth adapter. It is great obdII to test and use.

Worked great, would buy again
Worked perfectly for resetting the service lights on my Ducati monster m796. Worked perfectly with my laptop.

Not working for desert x
Not working for Ducati Desert X some other Ducati's successful , mostly older models

Bluetooth will not function.
I have not been able to get this product to work with my PC laptop and Ducati. No bluetooth connection is shown as availible. Poor instructions. I cannot read codes on my bike, unfortunately. Physical quality seems poor.
