Lovely texture, not sure how much benefit I'm getting from the magnesium part
But it leaves my skin feeling soft and well-conditioned without being too greasy. Would recommend!

Works great for sleep, smells good
I have issues getting back to sleep if I wake up to go to the bathroom or staying asleep if I have a lot on my mind. My sister used the spray and shared her good results. I put lotion on my feet before bed so I thought I’d try the lotion option.I like the consistency of the lotion. It smells lightly of lemon and absorbs quickly. I only use a small amount to try and match the recommended usage.I still manage to wake up a few times to use the bathroom, but go right back to sleep. This jar will last me a few months.The only ‘side effect’ I think I have encountered is a change to the way I dream. I dream often, but over the last few weeks of usage my dreams have been wild and absdurd. They’re never nightmares, just out there.

Love this product
I bought this product because of its qualities since it contains natural pain relievers like capsaicin. I use it nightly for sore muscles, leg or foot pain relief. It also has lavender smells soft and helps me sleep. This product is awesome!

Smells Amazing
I just love both of these scents. They are not over powering. I typically have scent sensitivities so these didn’t bother me. Wonder to use for bed time.

Works well and is soothing
I use this in the morning, throughout the day and at night for achy muscles on my wrists, forearms, neck and shoulders. It works well and is very soothing. The product isn't greasy and it lasts a long time. I highly recommend.

My skin doesn’t like it
It is a nice whipped creamy lotion, pleasant smell but my skin kind of become dry when applied.

Emollient Softener of Skin and
Relaxation of muscles to boot! So many of us are deficient in Mag². I liked the scent too for some refreshing but I think I'd rather lavender for it's relaxing attributes vs lemons awakening. Up to you on that. I don't user lotion enough to reap all the benefits so therfore a 4 and .25 for nice understated scent once applied. Can't .25 it though. I'll use my oil on underside of feet. (Hint: heels release certain organs as well as muscles but I like that 😉 😉
