IT IS REAL
I wanted to leave a review mainly in response to the poor reviews claiming this product doesn't have creatin in. Check out my blood tests from yesterday (see pic). I've been taking 2 scoops for about 5 months. Definitely have better energy and muscle growth at 55. It doesn't mix well and has got a taste. I take it in a glass of cordial. Always end up with a mouth of sand at the end, no matter how vigorously I stirred it. All good though.
