The majority of this book is explaining how the body/mind work and describing different mental illnesses. Massage and aromatherapy are discussed in one paragraph, the same paragraph includes both, in one section. Aromatherapy also has a paragraph in another section. The book is just an overview of what stress, anxiety, depression are, and a few suggestions of things that could help.I expected more. I could have found all of this information on Wikipedia and not had to spend any money.
