Delicious and rehydrates perfectly
Perfect after a day on the West Highland Way. These meals rehydrate fully and, unlike the ones from a well known outdoors shop in the UK, had zero crunchy or rubbery meaty bits to deal with. Next trip, I’m only taking these 1000kcal plus meals. They were fantastic.

Light weight, decent macronutrient profile and great portion size. The flavour, though nice, could pack more of a punch and I was expecting more from the texture, which is why it loses a star. Honestly after a long hike and exhausting day, these are great to fill you up with minimal effort and cleaning up involved.

Quick and delicious mountain meal. Brilliant for long hiking trips - used on a mountain hike above the snow line in the alps and they kept us on our feet.
