The package had a leakage when it was opened. The pump is not working at all so had to open it manually and get the shampoo out. But the quality is great for our 5 year old and without much of the eye burning contents. Can you guys send me another pump as this one just refuses to pump the shampoo out? Thanks!

I’ve been searching for a soft shampoo (with conditioner) for my 7 year old’s curly hair. Do not want to put an external conditioner on her. But I’ve had no choice considering how frizzy the hair becomes by end of the day. Was recommended by a friend whose daughter was facing a similar issue & so glad I tried!
