I use this combination from months and time to time I add as well the small package gummy for the skin. I love the brand and I think that the gummy are so yummy are my treat in the morning . I advice them and I advice the brand , my skin is much better and they worth all the money .

The gummies are very soft and have stuck together in one clump at the bottom of the jar. The jar is much bigger than the volume of gummy’s and it’s therefore impossible to retrieve them without using a fork. Would not recommend this product.

I’ve been taking these gummies for over a week now. It may be a little early to notice any improvements in my health and it will be likely difficult to gauge as I don’t have any troublesome ailments. I am hoping it will improve my skin and give it a little boost of youthfulness. These gummies are very moreish. I don’t forget to take my daily dose every morning as I’m looking forward to them. They taste devine, very fruity and soft, more like a sweet. If it wasn’t for the side effects I’d like be tempted to eat the whole tub. Unfortunately I do stick to the dose of 2 a day and the tub has enough for 30 days. The marketing states high quality ingredients. I don’t know enough about the benefits and ingredients but I’m inclined to believe it based on the packaging. The container is very stylish and it looks like a high end supplement. If you take supplements on a regular basis I definitely recommend these based on the taste and ease of taking alone. I’m confident that the listed ingredients will help give me all I need to support a healthy lifestyle.
