After using these brain focus supplements for a few weeks I've noticed a small boost of energy for 4-5 hours after consumption. They are easily swallowed and come in a nice glass bottle. They don't have any distinct flavor to me. I didn't really feel any discernible boost in mental clarity, but I never felt 'foggy' while taking these either so it could be helping out somewhat in that regard. Over all these are a nice supplement if you're looking for a minor boost for your day. This is a 60-day supply which is nice, but the value might not be at the top tier for supplements in my opinion.

Brahmi has some interesting claims and effects and is a great supplement to research for your own determination.

I unfortunately do not notice anything positive when using this supplement for my brain health, focus, calming, clarity, etc... I do like the blood circulation benefits of gingko to the brain, but I'm not sure why I'd buy this instead of cheaper straight gingko for that. I probably wouldn't buy again because the effects aren't noticeable for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and there isn't junk fillers, but maybe the amounts are not potent enough in this.

Honestly, as much as I wanted to feel a difference, I didn't. The pills are not difficult to swallow (like your standard capsule). It did give my urine a different smell than normal but that's understandable.

I've had a stressful year so have been having a tough time with memory as a result. I have noticed a significant improvement when taking this product. It has helped out a ton at work where I had started struggling with job performance. I take one of these once a day before I start working (I work from home). At first I was skeptical that it could make me “focus” as advertised, and I didn’t really know much about the ingredients. However, I noticed that I’d sit down at my computer and have long periods of time where I was concentrating and actually knocking out a project whereas before these I was just pounding coffee all day to try to get my body to do the same thing. So these definitely work, and I’d buy them again.

The Me Today brand is quite great! I have a few of their products and this one is a great addition to my supplement morning intake. I take this supplement to help with my focus at work. Since I work a desk job, I needed something to help stay focused throughout the day. Although I do not know if this supplement is completely helping me, I do notice a change in energy and ability to focus for a longer period of time. Nonetheless, this is worth a shot. It has great nutrients and vitamins which would benefit you regardless.
