I use to buy the fancy expensive yeast for homemade pizza’s, but realized that the yeast would go bad before we finished the bottle. Having a small package keeps the yeast fresh and tastes better than the expensive bottles.

Made rolls fine but needed to rise a bit longer. Still made good rolls if you don't mind letting the bread go a little longer.
