I tried this cream before but the 5 jar buy brings the price down a lot, I bought it for my husband and whilst I applied it I got it on hands, the following day my fingers could move easier, I used it daily sometimes when needed twice, I really know when I've forgotten it because the next day my hands don't move, I can't walk without intense pain, I have a very sensitive skin & fear a reaction so far none, it smells lovely is absorbed quickly,a light cream that's non oily,it goes a long way too & the most important thing to us is it works plus I can use it, a jar lasts both of us a few weeks

My husband has a painful knee inflammation . He has the usual pills and potions supplied by the GP. What he uses has not been helpful, so when l see a product that claims to help, l buy it for him to try. The report he has given about Boswellia balm ( it's a cream) is he feels it's helping him as the pain has lessened. That's good! Obviously, he has a serious problem and needs his knee caps replaced but the doctors say they limit the operation to those who can hardly walk or can't walk, instead of giving it to people who can walk but find it very painful. So, we don't expect a miracle from any cream, but if it lessens the pain caused by the inflammation, then it's helpful in managing the condition. Boswellia balm is helping my spouse cope with his painful condition, so l recommend it!

I have really bad back pain which causes a lot of muscle spasm. Boswelia is the only thing that helps. Massage it where the pain is and believe me it does take away the pain. I am a qualified nurse and found the results amazingly quick and long lasting. I have been using for over a year now it even helps with the pain in my wrists and hands caused by under active thyroid. Highly recommend this cream.

I have very bad arthritis in both my knees and was recommended to use this balm, this is my second order, I rub the balm in whenever I need it, 1st thing in the mornings and if they are particularly pain a few more times a day as well. It doesn't work for everyone, but it worked straight away its my little bit of magic in a jar
