I totally recommend this B12. I also, take it with the multi vitamins that a ordered fron the same brand. This is a must have with any vitamin.

I like the product but I found that taking a full teaspoon was far too much. It made my heart race. I've dropped the dosage down to two droppers full (little less than 1/2 tsp) and that seems to be working.

Purchased this for my father. He has Crohn's disease and has had parts of his digestive tract removed. So he is not able to absorb vitamins B's efficiently. He is in his mid 50's at this point. And is prescribed Vitamin B injections once a month. The injections haven't been cutting it. Around the end of the month, he deals with quite a bit of mental fog. His vision gets blurry and just overall feels sluggish. By supplementing with this sublingual he has been able to notice quite a dramatic difference in clarity. The sublingual tablets work well, but this sublingual liquid is quite a bit better. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has issues absorbing Vitamin b. I have tried other B12 liquid vitamins, but I felt much better once u started taking this brand. The taste is ok. Glad I tried these. The price is right and I don’t feel as sluggish anymore.

I read somewhere where this would work on scaly dry skin...Bought it for my husband..Bought the liquid so that he could apply directly to the skin...It actually worked..stopped the itching and the redness slowly disappeared...The liquid was red..so that was transferred to the skin. but not overly so..He also took pills and has helped the entire itchy ugly skin. He has been dealing with this for years..
