Disappointed purchase
Placed the new battery in phone. The phone comes on and immediately turns off again. Tried to charge it again just to make sure it wasn't a charging issue. Put it back in and same thing occured.

very good received earlier than expected. charged on Friday and it still has lots of charge left on Sunday ! better than the one that came with the phone when new!

It was not fully charged, so somewhat of an inconvenience but still works great for my mother's flip phone.

Can't return if defective, but seller will refund your money
Bought a two-pack. One was completely defective. Amazon said I can return the defective one for a refund, but their return policy says you can't send them defective lithium batteries. I started a return, but couldn't ship it to them so they never did the refund. Contacted directly by the seller, and they got Amazon to refund me for the defective battery. So I've changed my rating. Excellent customer service, but not so much from Amazon.
