Love the soap. I mainly bought the soap for my neck, to lighten because I felt my neck was really dark. The soap delivered. Also I had a little dermatitis on my arm that I was seeing a dermatologist for. The cream the doctor gave me wasn’t working so I stop using the cream because I was frustrated. I received my order of the soap and started using the soap wasn’t even thing about the dermatitis on my arm, then one day I noticed it was drying up! I don’t know if the soap cleared up the rash or not but that was the only thing that was new that I was using.

It didn't really work for dark spots but still it was a pretty good soap so I'll continue to use it. I probably won't purchase any more though.

This is a good product, however it takes weeks & sometimes months to get my product shipped. I originally ordered from the company Glo Melanin & was going to be a regular customer. The second time I ordered it took over 5 weeks to get my product shipped I asked them to please make sure they ship it before I traveled. There was no response. My emails went unanswered. I traveled & came back and still my product was not delivered. I sent several messages and emails. Nobody really cares and they really need to work on being an organized company & to value its customers. After my negative experience with the company directly, I decided to order from Amazon since I am a prime member and I get 2- day shipping but here we go again with the same issue. I’m getting constant messages that my product will be delayed over and over again, so I will not support Glo Melanin.. I will find an industry who values its customers and does not keep them waiting for months Without any regard to responding to customer emails. Very unprofessional and disorganized Glo Melanin.
