If you need additional Vitamin D, this is an excellent option. The gummy delivery is easy to take if you don't care for pills.

Great way to get your Vitamin D3 even though have to take 2 of them to get the amount you need, the taste is kinda awkward at first. and having to take 2 is going to run the bottle dry fast, Been taking them twice a day, morning and night and honestly I have noticed my skin getting softer and it actually working a bit for the most part. so is it effective, yes is it a bit costly for what you get, a bit. I purchased this for the D3 Vitamin and I'm not that worried about the K2 that is in it since its not even enough to have any effect. that being said. It containing a bit of Vitamin K2 is a good thing but not enough to warrant any kind of higher price.

Love the flavor! I am taking 1 gummy for I only needed 2000-5000IU a day. I love that is has other combinations like magnesium, zinc and vit C. This is my 3rd bottle. I would def buy again.

Fast delivery, taste great

This supplement is really easy to take. Love the taste and reasonably priced for the right ingredients. The three stars are for those reasons. However, I just had a bone density test after taking this for almost 2 years and the results were disappointing. I thought that my bone density would stabilize as I take this religiously, but my results were worse. Not terribly, but still disappointing. My doctor recommends AlgaeCal or Pure. So I will be, sadly, switching.
