Fish oil supplements I've taken in the past have been in soft gel form, and these are extremely hard... like plastic. They are so hard that I personally doubted if they would be dissolvable by anything that is inside my body. But I put one in a glass of hot water and it didn't take long to bubble out a little bit of fish oil that came up and rested on the surface. (The bubble did smell fishy). I waited and watched and the capsule kept its shape fairly long after that and did not dissolve. When I took the capsule out, it still had the majority of the fish oil in it, but it came out with the slightest squeeze.So despite my suspicions, the coating does soften up and weaken. If it's stationary in water it does seem a lot of the oil stays in the capsule which seems to not completely dissolve--even after a couple of hours. But probably being pushed around inside you would get all the oil out. I'm now convinced these contain fish oil and are not just plastic beads, and they are made in the USA so that is a plus.

It would be nice, though, to know where the fish was sourced from.

The capsule size is right; not big, not tiny. However, these capsules have a rough finish, unlike most others capsules that have a smooth, slick, shiny, gelatin-based vehicle that slides down your throat. This one does not slide. Gave it several chances. Even tried apple sauce, Pill Glide, etc. but to no avail; it would still get stuck deep in my throat.Several reviews claim that these capsules are easy to swallow. Perhaps for the majority but not for some. If you have difficulty swallowing, this may not be for you.

Excellent - really the biggest downside of fish oil supplements to me is having to deal with the after effects of burping up that unpleasant taste over and over. Fortunately, with the way this supplement is formulated, you don't have to deal with that. I also find that this is easy on my stomach, which is not always the case when I take fish oil supplements. Overall, I'm very pleased and will likely be a repeat customer.

I am a believer in some supplements, but to each their own research.This here is some omega fish oil, and I like omegas. What is probably the best thing about this product is that the pills are smaller than big usual big fish pills. I agree there's less fishy taste after risks. 🐟To me, the brand is very important with my supplements so I know I can trust the ingredients they say. I perused the listing here for Lovita. It looks like they're a new vendor, but they have a very broad thoughtful product line with not that many reviews but good so far.At current price of ~$30 for 60 day supply (2 per day), I rate 4-⭐️ in consideration of price/value/choices.
