Beautifully printed, very clear and easy to read text. The introduction by George Steiner is fascinating. Although not Jewish I have long been fascinated by the writings of the Old Testament. In theological terms my opinion is that the theology of the Old Testament takes us closer to understanding the divine purpose than any other set of religious writings. This finely produced volume does justice to these ancient and profound texts.

It makes it so much easier to read in this layout. I have both the Old and New Testaments of these books and they are now my preferred Bibles to read. And best of all it is The King James version! If you have trouble reading the King James version try this bible, it will make a real difference.
