Q: Do these inserts work with Oakley flight deck prism

Don't know about flight deck Prism but I use them with Airbrake Prism with no issues.

Q: Do they work with varifocal prescriptions?

We only recommend single vision prescription use in the inserts as we feel a bifocal prescription is not a very good idea when skiing. A varifocal prescription should work in the insert. However we would suggest you seek advice from your optician .

Q: Where do I get lenses to put in them?

I don't know!! We took ours to our local opticians (Vision Express) who sent them off to 2 different laboratories. None were able to fit the lenses. If anyone knows, I'd like to as well. Thanks!
