Not only do these chewable taste great, they help me hit my daily potassium intake! Did you know adult men require approximately 3,400mg and adult women require about 2,600mg a day! Talk to your doctor and check your base levels before using! This has helped me and my partner greatly on hot days and meeting our necessary daily intake.

Be careful if you have GERD / acid reflux: potassium can make it worse. I started having fairly bad left-side heartburn after starting this supplement. That said, it does work for K levels. I had 3.2 K level measured by blood test. After a couple days of this supplement (2 gummies, 1,000 mg) I recorded 3.5.

My potassium levels were a bit low on some recent lab work and doctor wanted me to take these gigantic chalk looking pills which were the same dose of potassium as these gummies, and boy are these far easier to take than trying to swallow a huge pill. I did check with my doctor and he said he was ok with me taking these instead and good news, my lab work was back to normal on my last check. These taste like a gummy candy and they do the job. If you are prescribed potassium please check with your doctor before just switching to these on your own.

Taste good seems to work well and kind of soft. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I left it in my mailbox too long one time and they became kind of hard
