Looks like a new factory remote. I'm not sure what people are talking about in terms of programming. The circuit boards in these never fail, so just remove the circuit board from your old remote and install it into the new case. There's no need to program anything. The usual issue with these remotes is that the case breaks where the ring goes through. Even the battery seems to last almost forever.

Worked for our 2010 F150 XL. We bought the truck used and were unsure if it ever had a fob, but it works great! Super easy to setup. Note: There were no instructions included with the fobs, so, make note of the instructions in the listing.

These work on a 2013 F150 XLT. Nicely. They are cheap and disposable and very easy to program. I gave 4stars only because they are not very durable; and you can only use them on the 1-unlock position otherwise your rear door locks will lock and not unlock again unless you repeat the FOB program sequence. It's not hard at all though. You can have up to four FOBs or keys on a 2013 F150. Steps to program your FOBs on a 2013 F150 XLT... 1. Roll down your windows. Important. Remember. 2. Get in the truck and sit in the drivers seat. 3. With the door still open, press the door lock button. 4. Close the door, press the door unlock button. 5. Insert your main key into the ignition and turn the ignition from the 'off' position to the 'run' position eight times in eight seconds, without starting your truck. DO NOT START YOUR TRUCK. 6. If you did it in enough time you will hear your truck locks cycle and reset. If not, just repeat step 5 until you hear the locks reset. 7. When the locks cycle, you have eight seconds to press any button on your FOBs to program them. Any button at all. 8. The programming is now complete. Enjoy. You have plenty of time. It's easier than it looks. It only takes about four seconds to do step 5 and three seconds to do step 7.

I'll be honest, I didn't read the directions when I ordered this. My current remote didn't work even with a new battery so I was panicking when I DID read the directions. However, I went out and tried it anyway and it worked! Definitely wasn't expecting such amazing results from an $8 purchase!

Works as described. Don’t do the online programming. It asks for your CC info. Looks like a scam. Just open the fob with a little flathead screw driver and swap the microchip for your old one. Very easy.
