This is the most amazing and clever invention!My 11 year old son suffers terrible with lots of ear wax build up and because of this it has caused him pain, itching and lots of discomfort.We took him to a professional to have his ears micro suctioned which cost us the grand sum of £75.Although this was done well and made a difference at the time it didn't last long and within days it was itching him again and really bothering him mainly in his left ear.I bought a small micro suction to use at home with little effect and it actually pushed the wax further in.I saw the reviews on this product and decided I would give it a try as none of the others had worked.I genuinely couldn't believe what I was seeing when I gave this a go!My son had been using earol olive oil for a few days prior to help loosen the wax and when I used this product all the build up was just coming out!He had a particularly stubborn bit deep in his ear but after using it for no more than 2 minutes it just pushed it all out!He couldn't believe how well he could hear afterwards and I have my fingers crossed for no more itching either!Excellent product, thoroughly recommend, excellent price and one very happy little boy and mum!!

While it works very well it lasted less than a year. The screw top perished causing the small ball bearing to drop down the sink. For the money paid I hoped it would have lasted longer

After seeing the GP and being told I have earwax I looked at getting it removed professionally, it was £75 so I thought I would try this first. The reviews were good so I purchased this one. I uses as per the instructions. I did it 3 times, which didn't take more than 10 minutes. Some wax did come loose and come out. I can definitely hear better. I'm not sure if it removed everything so I'll try again in a couple of weeks. It definitely left my ears feeling really clean. Easy to use.

As someone who suffers from chronic earwax build up to the point my ears block once ever few months, normally have to go to doctors as bulb syringes just never work but thought for the price I'll I've this ago, work excellently, would highly recommend, however care with the bottom it can pop off rather easily.

As you need to keep pumping it to discharge water you often end up blowing air into your ear which isn't pleasant. Much better to use a large syringe for consistent waterflow
