1st let me say I'm a fan of Irwin products. Even though this is not a 5 star review... i probably would have had an issue with any other similar plastic product. (They do include all the tools you need and had no issues with their quality.)The problem I ran into is that the product is made of weak plastic & broke in the middle of my 1st instalation. I had to come up with an alternate solution to complete the job.Next time I need this tool... I'll save the aggravation, pay a little extra and try to find one made out of metal.

The 2 settings on the Lock set (handle) hole is not accurate causing hole to be too far forward, does not matter the setting. The jig does not allow you to center the strike. The drill and plastic template is straight up horrible. Had to buy new door this time with the lock set already drilled. The most worthless pos ever.

It's a great concept. The router bit doesn't hold up for more than two or three doors. The rest of the set works great.

Be very careful when drilling the smaller hole that everything lines up where u want it. I just assumed it would be fine and ended up destroying the door... I have a expensive solid wood door I spent hours on that's now trashed...
