This is a safe product to clean your glasses, computer screen, and iPhone with. Three members of the family wear glasses, so we keep a box of the Kimwipes in easy reach, along with a spray cleaner. I noticed that other reviewers weren’t quite familiar with KimWipes and wrote their reviews from their expectations based on the paper products you find in a grocery store instead of the “delicate task wipers” these are meant to be. Here’s the tl;dr version: these are small, single-ply, lint-free wipes intended for cleaning glass, metal, and ceramic surfaces, and KimWipes are the gold standard for those purposes. If you’ve been in a chemistry, biology, or optics lab, you would probably recognize these wipes as the go-to, lint-free wipe for cleaning lenses, glass slides, glassware, etc. I like to use these around the home, too (and not just for my telescope!), but do keep in mind that they are, per the description on the box, delicate task wipers. These are excellent lint-free wipes for cleaning your glasses and the screens on your devices. I also use them with a little bit of citric acid or vinegar to spot-clean hard water stains on my ceramics, cutlery, and drinking glasses. They’re very useful for cleaning jewelry and other sorts of small, intricate parts. If you need to clean somewhere that’s too small to fit a cotton swab, you can tightly twist a KimWipe at a corner or an edge to reach into that space. They’re definitely designed for laboratory use, but I’ve come across many situations where these are super useful to have around the home.
