I thought I’d try these to see if they helped my chronic spinal pain. I had also read that tart cherry may aid sleep. Even before I had chronic pain I had usually taken hours to fall asleep and have tried every supplement going as my GP will only give me a small prescription for the strong sleeping tablets that work for me. I didn’t expect these to help at all, but hoped they may reduce my pain level slightly, they didn’t! Within a week of taking these supplements I was falling asleep in half an hour or less...miraculous for me. In the three months I’ve been taking them I have only had a handful of nights where I toss and turn for hours before dropping off. Absolutely nothing else has changed so I can only put it down to taking these. I am here to order my second lot and fingers crossed they continue to help me as falling asleep so much quicker has seen a huge improvement in my mood and energy levels. So glad I tried them. ***update August 2022*** I ran out of these about two weeks ago and thought perhaps I would have gotten into the habit of falling asleep quickly after almost a year of taking them, I hadn't! I sort of forgot about them TBH after a couple of days without them, however, I realised a couple of days ago that my terrible sleeping pattern of old had returned, that is - taking literally hours and hours to fall asleep - so I am here to re-order them as I now know without a doubt these definitely help me fall asleep within about 15 minutes 99% of the time. I highly recommend you try them if, like me, you lie awake for hours unable to drop off to sleep. They are amazing!
