As a student and a pianist, I spend a significant amount of time sitting, and this chair has been a revelation. The breathable design provides excellent airflow and keeps me cool even during long study sessions. The ergonomic design is top-notch, and I can sit for hours without feeling any discomfort or irritation. In fact, it's helped alleviate my back pain, which is a godsend. The recline feature is incredibly comfortable, allowing me to relax. The leg rest is the perfect cherry on top, providing optimal support and comfort. I appreciate the adjustable height and armrest features, which enable me to customize the chair to suit my needs, whether I'm studying, playing the piano, or working on my laptop. Pros: It is nice and sturdy, looks and feels premium. The recliner is a nice touch. The guys at keppler reach out to you at different stages and of the purchase and are very responsive. 10/10 service Cons: a back rest locking and unlocking handle would have been nicer. Need to manually tigten the backrest screw from the bottom of the seat

I ordered this chair for my WFH, it is very comfortable to sit through 6-7hrs of work. It has good cushioning to support thighs. It has small lumbar support which is adjustable. The touch feels good and looks premium like a boss chair. It has a recline feature also add-on ankle support under the chair which can be pulled out to chill on the chair while watching movie or drinking tea. Overall a great and thoughtful product which does the justice for its price.

Chair was good but It is a DYI chair. Assemble the chair on your own otherwise pay for technician. Claimed warranty as chair base become unstable and started swaying left and right. They sent me the parts to fix it by myself. If you want a technician, pay for it in warranty period.

Not even a year and the chair has gone bad to say the least. The chair automatically goes down to lowest height and you’ve to raise the height every time. The elastic straps of the lumbar support has gone so loose that it doesn’t stay at its anymore and I had to remove it. For whatever the time the chair remains at its max height the chair wobbles, a lot. So much that it feels the below support will break and you will fall down. The screws for the back support goes loose almost always. You have to tighten it EVERY week. This adds to the already wobbly design of this chair. The leg support bends from the weight of your leg. Good luck pushing it in and taking it out. The wheels sucks at another level. It can’t stay at a single place. You put your leg on the table and the chair starts moving backwards from whatever little force that comes from that. The only good thing about this chair is its comfortability you can sit on it for hours without your hips paining. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. For 15.5k this chair is not worth it. Two friends of mine also bought it around the same time and both of them are also facing this issues. One of them gets irritating noise everytime he reclines the chair backwards. Also, the 3 year warranty is for saying. They don’t do anything about it. You contact them, you tell them the problem, they will say we can’t help with this. And cut the call on your face. All 3 of us have contacted the seller and they didn’t help any of us. All 3 of us are in Bangalore, the seller is also from Bangalore, yet they still don’t help. Good luck if you’re ordering at any other part of India. Update : They contacted me and fixed the chair.

Good chair for office purpose. Using for almost 2 months, no issues till now. Installation is very easy.
