I strongly recommend avoiding this Longaway wall fan. The experience has been incredibly disappointing. The biggest issue is that the swing function is broken right out of the box. The pull-thread/knob that controls the side-to-side oscillation is completely locked and cannot be adjusted. This makes the fan almost useless, as it can only blow in one fixed direction. Furthermore, the build quality is extremely poor. The plastic feels cheap, flimsy, and brittle. I have no confidence that this fan would last more than a few months. On top of these major flaws, the fan's motor is quite noisy, and the actual airflow is very weak, even at the highest setting. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's a complete waste of money.

The product is amazing. Worth the money.

It's been one month i bought this fan , looks small and compact,Weightless, Very low Noise level , speed also very good.

The item of the fan is missing and also the blades of the fan producing the air back wards. It's not such a good one to buy. As the air goes backward instead of forward. But the motor is heavy and the good quality one .

Please do not buy this product. It is a very poor-quality product. I purchased two fans, and now I feel it was a mistake. After just three months, both fans stopped working. I tried contacting customer care, but instead of helping to resolve the issue, they kept asking many unnecessary questions. Now they are asking me to send the product back to them, as they do not have a local technician available.
