I am not getting the comfort I was hoping for

It's a good product but packaging is very bad. I use it on the car and my tail bone pain reduced significantly. It came folded in Amazon plastic pack, it was not packed in cardboard box shown in picture.

This is a firmer pillow which relieves tailbone discomfort. I recommend this product. It is comfortable enough to sit on for hours without bone fatigue.

Arrived the next day. Giving a brief review since I just received. Will followup on actual comfort. To start doesn't look like picture (xl size with blue trim?). I ordered in large black. Fit chair in size. Looks like photo in picture next to bigger size. Tried many others that were not donut shaped and did not give any long seating comfort but caused pain. Then in my search saw the donut shaped cushion and its many uses. Felt an immediate difference as soon as I sat down. Could feel the thick cushioning under my legs plus relief in tailbone and cockyx area. I try not to sit for too long a time but need relief from acute lower back pain that radiates into my hips. Hopefully this will help with back pain and support as well where needed. Would recommend for the price. Have to keep trying till you find the right one for you. This may be a keeper we'll see. Will give time and report back.
