Excellent all-in-one kit for homeowners and DIYers
This DEWALT 20V MAX 10-tool combo kit is an outstanding value if you want a complete cordless setup without buying tools one at a time. Everything arrived well packaged, and the two batteries, charger, and tool bags make it easy to stay organized right out of the box. The brushless tools have plenty of power for everyday projects—drilling, driving, cutting, sanding, and more. Battery life has been solid, and the tools feel well balanced and comfortable to use, even for longer jobs. Switching batteries between tools is quick and easy, and the charger gets them back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. This kit is ideal for homeowners, DIYers, and even light professional use. While serious contractors may want extra batteries, for most projects this set covers just about everything you need. DEWALT quality and reliability really show here, and for the price, this combo kit is hard to beat. Highly recommended if you’re looking to build or upgrade your cordless tool collection.

Do it all power tool combo
I have always enjoyed using Dewalt Tools. My setup before this was the 18V drill, reciprocating saw, and circular saw which really worked great... except for those 18V batteries not holding a charge long enough. I have been using the 20V lithium ions at work and love their light weight and battery run times. So I decided to get my own set. While looking for some sales on the combo kit I saw the big kit on sale. My big concern with the cordless drill is that it was not the hammer drill version. Since I have a working hammer drill and you can purchase the 20V to 18V adapters to use on older tools, I decided to go that route. You don’t always need a hammer drill but when you do, you really do! I was also very excited to get the oscillating multi-tool which is really versatile! I actually used it to cut out all the dividers in my old Dewalt hard cases to store stuff in them. I can see the potential uses for this tool. Circular and Reciprocating saws I have not used in this kit other that to make sure they worked, but I have used the 18V versions and found them to be very useful. Cordless angle grinder is a pretty neat tool. I can see some things I can do with it but I don’t use an angle grinder very much. I did use it to reprofile an axe head and it worked great. The impact driver is one of my favorites. I have the 12V version and it is phenomenally useful. The 20V version is too! The blower looked kind of a gimmick, but produces a pretty decent blast of air from it. I was impressed with how much power it had. The cordless wet/dry vacuum is pretty cool as well. I didn’t know they made such a thing. It will come in handy for those small spills and cleanup jobs. I don’t use it in the shop as I always have a big wet/dry ready there. The charger is neat in that it will charge my 12 V lithium ion as well. My 12V one will also charge the 20V ones. So that is a win! The speaker is pretty decent for its size. I like how you can run it off of the battery or the included AC wall wart. Sounds good but it isn’t a Bose. Also on the speaker thought... I think Dewalt missed a cool opportunity. Since it plugs into AC power it would be cool if the batteries would charge while in the speaker connected to AC power. The batteries you get 2 amp hour ones. These do make the tools, especially the drill, feel light in the hand. I suspect I will upgrade to the 5 amp hour ones but the 2 amp hour ones are definitely handy and will probably be paired with the tools that I don’t use as heavily. One thing I thing is missing or should have been included was the Dewalt belt clip for the cordless drills and drivers. I definitely find these useful and I keep them on all my Dewalt drills and drivers. The work light is cool too, but I doubt I will be using this tying up a Dewalt battery. It’s a good light but other than emergencys when the power is out, I don’t see me using it that much. When I was looking at my old 18V tools I saw there was one of those lights in there that I never used. Still it will come in handy and being that I usually use a headlight I am covered. Glad to have it though. Speaking of lights, most of the tools have LED lights that shine on the work area. Very handy and useful. I am very impressed with the array of tools that comes with the kit

Great value and quality
I got this set on sale and i love it. I had to have some of them for my job which is HVAC. didn’t think i would use several of these but they are worth the money just for the 5 I knew i needed for sure. Funny thing is i have now needed and used every tool in this set. I do recommend getting a couple of larger aH batteries for the larger tools. The drills have done what drills tend to do and jumped off ladders and ceiling trusses and work excellent still. They do not come with belt clips but do have the standard Dewalt holes to add some.

Some great tools in here, but speaker and light are weak.
So far, I’m super happy with the quality of the core tools. Getting great battery life out so far in spite of the tiny battery it ships with. The circular saw is awesome, 1/4 drive impact is great for screws and light weight bolts, and I think the vacuum works pretty well also. I haven’t used the other saws yet, but they seem solid. The flashlight, and the Bluetooth speaker are weak. Like, the speaker seems like it was designed to consume plastic and space, and the flashlight is a little better than a cell phone light. I opted to get a 3rd party light (works with the Dewalt battery), it’s a great upgrade. I think for the number of tools this kit has, it’s a good purchase. Even with the junk speaker and light, it would cost more to buy the other tools individually.

Good Combo for Basic Users
Had this kit a few months and have been able to use every item. Overall, it’s a good kit for the basic user. If you’re a heavy user, you’ll want to get Dewalt’s XR line. Pros: - Every tool you’ll need in one kit. - Includes blades for all saw items. - The speaker doubles as a USB charger for your phone. Cons: - Included batteries don’t last long for the saws. You’ll want to get additional, or higher capacity, batteries. - The circular saw is pretty low on the RPMs, so you have to take your time cutting - Multi tool doesn’t easily accept all blade types. They do include an adapter ring, but when I tried using it with my existing blades they can lose after a few seconds. Not safe!!! - The wet/dry vac is useless for water. Tried using it and after there was only 1/2” of water in the vacuum it started coming out the exhaust vents. It’s got a lot of power, which is part of the problem. Without enough depth in the reservoir, the water gets sucked up into the motor too quickly.

A great bundled deal...
I am in the process of replacing my wired power tools and this is a great way to jump into this model. Purchasing bundled tools will always give you better pricing and this bundle is no different. This is a great value. You also must be mindful if you purchase this bundled product, you will not always get the highest version of the product. This means the drivers may not have the highest torque in the models in the bundle or the circular saw may not have the rpm or size you need. Still, I'm in the process of a remodel and I have yet to have any issues with this bundled product. I've used the circular saw, oscillating saw, vacuum, blower, and drill/driver with no issues. Please check each product in the bundle to ensure it will work with the projects you plan to do. Overall, this is still a well-rounded bundle that will handle most jobs around the house or non-industrial use. Still, this is a very capable bundle. Lastly, it comes with two 2ah 20v batteries. If anything, I would advise purchasing at least another pair of 3ah or 5ah 20v batteries to supplement the bundle. If you can't supplement your batteries right now, know that charging these batteries is fairly quick with the charger bundled. I personally don't like swapping batteries going from tool to tool, so I personally like to have at least one battery for each tool I'm using. On average I will normally use at least three tools at a time, so it was necessary for me to purchase additional batteries and an extra charger. As for quality, I haven't had an issue with the Dewalt build of each of these tools. It's Dewalt quality in my opinion. I haven't had any issues on my last project, but time will tell. Overall, this is a great bundle/value. I would highly recommend.
