Not for sensitive skin
Didn't work for me and just made me break out. I have sensitive skin and suffer with acne and blemishes and these b vitamins in this just made it worse.

Definitely worth a try
2 boxes of 40 meant there is a good supply to last you a while and at that price was brilliant! I can't really comment on the impact they have had as I have been great at taking them consistently. But they seem to have a good amount of vitamin B and are supposed to really good for hormonal balance. They do only have a short expiry date so I do need to try and remember to have every day. They are easy to swallow and don't leave any power taste or after taste.
