Possible the best Lemon Juice we have tried. Customers love the flavour and smell and although it is a bit more than supermarket juice, it looks great on the table and is perfect for our handmade crepes.

Contains potassium metabisulfite. Not tried tve lemon yet. I did look at 500ml bottles but after the odd negative comment about them being soapy or close to use by date I opted to pay a bit more and get the 200ml squeezy bottles. Did wonder how they would keep longer than lemons and now I have my answer above with the preservative. I guess you can't have it all seeing as freshly squeezed lemons only last 3-5 days in the fridge. I guess there is only a small amount in these bottles and I intend to freeze 2 of them day 1. So a quick google on K2S2O5 and - Is metabisulfite a carcinogen? throat and lungs causing coughing, wheezing and/or shortness of breath. * While Sodium Metabisulfite has been tested, it is not classifiable as to its potential to cause cancer. Food Grade sodium metabisulfite is Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) as a food preservative and is used in potato preparation, cherry brining, corn syrup manufacturing, brewing and wine processing. About time someone reviewing this famous sicilian lemon imports posted something like this and if your here like I was as you want to know what us in your fresh lemon juice not from concentrate that your paying top dollar for this is for you. I consider this good value for money as if you think about how many ml you get out of 1 fresh lemon 2-3 table sppons 30-45ml and it costs £1 for 4 fresh lemons then minimum you would spend to match 3 x 200ml sicilian squeezy plastic bottles - 120ml=£1 x 10 = 1200ml fresh lemon (40 lemons) 600ml sicilian fresh lemon = £10 So okay your paying double but got less foid waste and less hassle sqeezing lemons and getting the better taste of sicilian lemon juice, a price worth paying in my book.

I enjoy both the taste and convenience of these smaller bottles of lemon juice. I refrigerate these once I open them, so shelf life is not a problem. I would purchase them again.

Great price. Great flavor. The real lemon juice is an improvement over concentrate. the taste difference is beyond apparent. they last quite a while and seem to keep pretty well in the fridge. I'd def recommend.

Taste great I use this for making lemon pies and it’s one of the best juices to use less messy than cutting real lemons when in a pinch.
