Old-looking / Worthless / Defective
Camera itself looked old and plain ugly upon receipt although description indicated as new. Not a slight chance to ship it back to seller as it arrived shortly before my scheduled international flight. Intentionally bought it for the specific travel but in only less than a week of minimal use and it's already malfunctioning!!! All pictures were so disappointingly blurry since day one!!! Shutter button got stuck during a family reunion...grrrrr!!! Definitely unacceptable!!!!! Wish I could get my money back but ran out of time to do so. Extremely mad, sad, regretful, frustrated, & entirely dissatisfied!!! First time to purchase a Samsung Digital Camera and surely will be the last one too!

Good Buy
This camera is a great buy, but I ordered a black one and I got a red one... still, it's a good camera and the battery life is very good. It's easy to use, doesn't take up much room in your pocket, and takes very good photos. I looked up spare batteries on Amazon and found them relatively cheap. I suggest you get at least one backup battery if you are going on vacation.

Overall great phone
The pictures I took on this camera were really good, I tried the panorama function on it and was surprised that it worked much better than the panorama function on my phone. If you are still wanting a camera outside of your phone this one seems to be really good. I don't think it had any stand-out wow factors, but it's easy to use, a good size, and takes great pictures. What more can you ask?

Defected camera
When I received the camera, it came in the brown box. I was expecting to get it with the camera box with instruction book, however, there is no instruction book at all. After I figured it out how to charge the battery, and put the battery in the camera. I taped the video. After 5 seconds taping, it said "MEMORY IS FULL". The memory is supposed to be 2 hours 30 minutes. I asked for the refund. It is not worthy to pay $179.00 and not working properly.

Tiene una calidad baja. No es tan definida por qué ya es algo vieja. Para fotos retros está linda, tiene muchas configuraciones. Trae su cargador y su adaptador para importar.

Get this camera!!!
For the girlies who want digital pictures this is a cheaper alternative. This camera lets you keep the flash on for sunset pictures and has great quality for a small camera! Uses a micro SD!

Don't buy Samsung if you expect repair service
Within 1 year the camera stopped taking a charge. That is where the troubles began. I called Samsung for warranty repair and went through all their prompts for digital cameras but got sent to the Blue-ray department every time. I then had to get transferred to the camera department. I called 5 times but every single time the Samsung operator hung up on me. Five times is no "accident". The fifth, and last, time I asked to speak with a manager. That made no difference. He put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. So I was forced to write to Consumer Affairs in New Jersey. Almost 2 month later, Samsung finally accepted me returning the camera for warranty repair, But they did not fix it. Instead they sent back a new battery and charging cord. The camera still does not take a charge. All this for an $80 camera. Might as well have thrown it in the trash when it stopped working. Or better yet never bought a Samsung product in the first place. I was looking into their netbooks but after this experience, I will never buy anything from Samsung again.

Product quality is below standard
Right out of the box, this camera did not perform as it should. The zoom lens goes to full zoom and there is no way to control it. You can not shoot a movie with it, and the menu button works sometimes and not at other times. When the service/support was called we got some person with such a thick accent that we could not understand them. all in all this was a very poor buying experience.
