i only need one a day as opposed to the two a day suggested. I've been taken this or other brand similar for keeping extremities warm. does the trick. no pain and the size of the pill suits me cuz i chew it rather than swallow it.

i’m taking these with another brand of 1000 mg so maxed out seems to be working fairly easily swallowed

I sure hope it’s helping, especially being Liposomal-coated, but I don’t have a Lab so I can’t evaluate properly. Whereas, when I take your B3/ Niacin I can ‘feel’ it working.
