These are an absolute lifesaver for me. I was previously using 5% lidocaine patches prescribed by my doctor, but the process of getting them was such a hassle. When I discovered these, it was a total game-changer. Honestly, I can’t tell much of a difference between the prescription strength patches and this brand. I use them on my shoulder and am able to apply them myself without any issues. About 95% of the time, they stay in place once applied, though occasionally one may shift slightly. These patches have helped me get back to my normal everyday activities, and I’m incredibly grateful for them. They’re very effective and absolutely worth every penny.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck by having it turned the wrong way for too long. It hurt for two solid days until I tried these patches and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. I used the second one the next day for limited pain and it never returned. I can feel the pain relief immediately at the beginning and I'll be buying these again for minor sprains are strains. Excellent product - I do need to tape the corners down so it doesn't roll up when it rubs against things. Very good value for the money. Half the price of others. I bought a very large size.

Worked pretty good for a few hrs.

I was in extreme back pain come up on holiday season. I tried everything from tiger balm, biofreeze to salonpas and voltaren. Nothing was working, then I found these patches. They honestly were the best thing I could find. You can use up to 4 patches a day and up to 8 hours on one. One patch for 4ish hours worked the best for me. They are very sticky but will let go of itself easily if accidentally folded. Stays in one place once applied but can peel up with extended use.

These work great for OTC. I bought a box after I ran out of the prescription strength ones (my insurance will not cover them anymore) I found these and they work great, quick relief in minutes and it does last longer than you would think, they don’t fall off and they stay in the same spot. They can be expensive so I buy them and use them when my lower back or shoulder hurts. If you keep them on too long they do sting a bit when you need to rip it off lol

These are exactly like the Lidoderm patches that are prescription except slightly less lidocaine. They seem to be exactly the same size. The matrix seems more squishy. But it's perfectly effective. I use it on the soles of my feet because I have sciatica and it reduces the feeling I'm walking barefoot on sharp rocks. I also wear "pressure socks" so they don't have a chance to move anyway. They seem to stick perfectly well. But I have an ideal situation. Warning: You should NOT ever cut patches (of any kind). I wonder if people know that? It can lead to dumping of the contents. If these are too big, look for smaller ones. If worse comes to worse, use tape on the cut edge to perfectly and absolutely seal it, so it's not touching your skin. You can tape down the whole patch since that side won't stick anymore. You shouldn't need a cooling effect for this to work. There's no menthol in the version I got. There's no odor, it's undetectable. It seems just as strong as Lidoderm, maybe a tiny bit weaker. If you keep changing it, after the second one the area stays numb and there's less painful "noise" for your brain to process. It's not a cure, so if you have a painful issue, see a doctor to get a real solution for it, if there is one. Like for gout, there are solutions.

Pretty nice, good size... with that said, the edges don't stick very well and always get stuck on clothing, especially underwear if you put it on your lower back. It works great! My only complaint is that it doesn't have enough stick. In addition it is so flimsy when you try to apply it, you need 3 hands or help getting it in the right place. But buy these and not name brands.
