This is the 3rd time I have purchased this product. I use it with Magnesium at night for a good nights sleep and I sleep like a teenager. I love this product... is it helping my brain? I hope so.

I took another brand for 4 months that was twice as expensive and required that you take two capsules. I haven't noticed any difference between the two brand other that cost and number of capsules you have to take daily but these have a definite earthy aftertaste. It doesn't last but the taste of dirt first thing in the morning is good for the immune system, right?

This supplement has many mushrooms combined and it smells good. It has become one of my favorite nutritional supplements. Highly recommend it.
