Accessed a longer rod !
Guage is easy to use. Made the job of checking sprocket alignment easy. My motorcycle has a chainguard over the top run of the chain (is difficult to remove) so I made the alignment check on the bottom run of chain. The supplied rod works fine, but to get an even better indication of any error of alignment of front and rear sprockets, I used a number 7 knitting needle (= 4.5 MM diameter) which was the same diameter as the supplied rod, but roughly twice the length .

Handy little tool
Easy little tool to use. Allows you to fine tune chain and wheel alignment. Factory alignment marks on swing arms aren't always accurate. A simple device that works. Recommended.

Easy-to-Use Chain Alignment Tool
I used the SPEPY Motorbike Chain Alignment Tool on my bike, and it made aligning the chain much simpler and more precise than freehand methods. The tool is well-made, easy to fit, and stays put while you adjust the rear wheel. It’s a solid accessory for anyone who does their own chain maintenance.

Fantastic bit of kit
Simple design- but does the job. I was surprised how far off my rear wheel was!! Well worth the money

Sighting rod too short
Overall, a useful bit of kit, but the sighting rod is really too short. I substituted a long brass rod, and it's much better.
