Q: Does anyone know the PAR of this?

I have the "14W" light on a nano saltwater reef tank. I mounted it just on top of my tank, about 3 inches from the surface of the water and it measured around 100 PAR a few inches below the surface on full bright. Near the bottom of my tank, which is 10 inches deep, I measured around 60 PAR. I put the 14W in parentheses as the power supply clearly states 12W, not 14. Of note, my 8 gallon reef tank is full of thriving corals, all of which are suitable for ~75-150 PAR.

Q: What would be the best size light for a 20 gallon 30 inch wide aquarium ? 22w 24 - 30 inch, or 26w for 30 - 36 inch ?

I have the 26W for 40 gallon breeder tanks. These generate a lot of light. For my 20 gallon, 30 inch, I went with the 18W. The bars sit on the lid itself rather than rest on the edges, but it generates a lot of light still for a tank that size.
