We got this chickenwire to cat proof our balcony after a net that was marketed towards cat proofing was too flimsy for them. It's very sturdy and I like how many applications it has. From afar, it also looks completely see through which improves the appearance of our balcony. It's excellent for ensuring the cats escape said balcony as it's thick enough that they can't paw their way through it. It was easy to install with some cable ties which took a couple of minutes at most. It was the best value for money I could find amongst the chicken wires on Amazon. It's a good length as well and we even had some left over. I'm overall very happy with this purchase.

This is great for keeping my cat safe on the balcony. I can’t say he loves it however. 😃 It is thick enough to be sturdy but not so thick that it is hard to install. The size was great. I cut it in half for the patio. I am going to use the rest in the garden in the spring.

My little dog was able to poke her head between the uprights on my patio fence and wiggle out. I bought this item to cover the fence gaps and still look attractive. I expected it more to be chicken wire opening size and in fact the openings are quite small, but it still was effective looks fine.

This stuff was perfect for what I needed it for. Was surprised at how thick it was and its well made.

I used this to add to my balcony so my dog’s ball wouldn’t fall off. It was perfect and very sturdy. Also able to cut pretty easily.

We have used this on a couple of different things. It works well to keep kittens out of house plants when zip tied into place without being dangerous to them or to humans trying to water or trim the plants. It was purchased to be attached to and fit in front of the litter sifting screen of a Snow+ box (not a recommended brand, wish they'd buy it back) and two MeoWant automatic self cleaning litter boxes (highly recommend the model with the yellow/gold trim, no experience with the models). This screen is plastic so it isn't dangerous to the cats or during installation. It does an excellent job of sifting out... smaller bits and pieces that should be sifted out. In each application I cut it so there weren't any pointy pieces sticking out along the edge. I used household scissors and zip ties. Since it is plastic I doubt it would prevent rodents or parrots from accessing whatever they were attracted to. Would purchase again.
