I heard about this from Travel & Leisure magazine. They rated it number one for travelers to keep them dry and non-offensive. We had a long plane flight planned so I gave it a try. It worked very well. If your like me, after hours with your arm down at you side, body odor can be strong. It seems that after you do get up and start to move around, everyone on the plane smells you coming. Did it eliminate all odor? No, but it did control about 90% and that was fine with me. It is a bit expensive but it is now a mainstay for all my future travel plans.

For those with allergic reactions to most or all traditional chemical scented and aluminum based deodorants, this will more than likely work fine for you in terms of preventing a reaction. I have tried a lot of deodorants and can get a pretty bad rash / burn / worsening of sweating due to my reactions with the chemicals in the mainstream options. However, this deodorant will wear out in about 6 to 8 hours for those of you who have your typical armpit anxiety / coffee sweat. Anyone who knows what a coffee sweat is or has anxiety will know what I'm talking about. If you experience constant underarm perspiration due to drinking caffeine or having a desk job that requires you to keep your arms closed, your arms may not air out well enough and this deodorant will wear out pretty fast. I think my musk starts to mix with the fragrance of this product, and it doesn't seem bad, but after about 6 hours I think my smell starts to become more distinct. For those who work a 8-10 hour a day job, this may be an issue, I would recommend wearing a moisture wicking underarmor type T-shirt under their clothes. This is a preventative measure for sweating in general. I removed 1 star since some people who naturally sweat a lot during the day may find this too light to use, and by my 6th hour I feel like I never applied any. If you don't sweat a lot then this product is great, it also smells good!

I love, love, love this natural deodorant!! So much so that I shop around for it cause it’s so damn expensive! Never found anything that lasted all day. This does. And I’m a sweater! As in dripping sweat when I work out or am in stressful situations. For people converting from aluminum based antiperspirant, give yourself time to adjust and carry a spare around with you. Smell is great for all genders!

This is my husband's favorite. It's pricey compared with drugstore brands, but in his opinion worth it.

At first glance this looks like it's expensive, and for that reason I hesitated for a while before giving it a go. I'm glad I did though, because this is great - and it's actually not expensive at all, given how long it lasts. It's not just a good 'natural' deodorant (because let's face it, most of them are pretty ineffective) it's just a good deodorant full-stop - far better than most of the big-name deodorants. It's very effective. I suffer from stinky pits, thanks partly to my diet (lots of spicy foods, garlic, strong beer and cheese) and the fact that I cycle a lot and can't always wear natural fabrics (man-made fibres and 'technical' sportswear are great, but underarm bacteria thrives around them). Very few deodorants can withstand the challenge of keeping me stink-free for a whole 24 hours (even those that claim to be good for 48 or even 72 hours - how are they allowed to make such easily-disprovable claims??), but this stuff is the best I've found. The scent is hard to describe; it's a little bit of tea-tree, a bit of something herby (maybe thyme or rosemary) and a slight hint of mint. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it's grown on me, and I've had a few people tell me I smell nice when they've got a whiff of it. As your pits get warmer, the scent increases too. It's dry, rather than oily or slimy like some, so there's no waiting around after applying: shower, towel off, apply, and you can get dressed right away. It doesn't stick to your clothes and I've not noticed it discolouring clothing either. I have sensitive pits - a lot of the strong deodorants, like Mitchum, sting and bring me out in a rash. This stuff, however, has never given me a bit of bother - even after I've used an underarm scrub, when I usually have to be really careful about what I apply afterwards, this stuff gives me not one jot of discomfort. And as for it being expensive, well, I bought my first stick over 3 months ago, I use it roughly 5 times a week, and it's still going and looks like it's not near the end yet. Even if it ran out tomorrow (which it won't), it's already far outlasted any other stick deodorant I've ever used. Most supermarket stick deodorants (even the expensive ones) are all packaging and very little actual product, but not this stuff. If you're put off by the high price, I'd urge you to bite the bullet and give it a go. Unless you really hate the smell, I don't think you'll have any regrets.
