Just got this but my first use was very satisfactory and what I expected from the description. I really like the streamlined shape and the ease of emptying. The suction appears strong, it is lightweight, and it is simple to use. As usual with these, how you angle the nozzle affects the effectiveness of the suction. I really like this for picking up hair and lint and dust between vacuuming and mopping days and since the hair is removed by this machine hair doesnt get tangled around the big vacuum rollers and need to be cut out. It appears as well made as my other Shark items. It has a high price for something like this but I bought it on sale so that swayed me to order it. Not too noisy. You are supposed to keep it in the charger so I will have to wait a while to see if the batteries hold up or are compromised by the constant charging.

I’ve used this for a while now and it works well. The charge doesn’t last a long time but it does charge pretty quickly. It has good power easily sucks up dust, debris and dirt. It’s small so it doesn’t take up much room. I’d say the noise volume is moderate. Overall a nice handheld vac.

Love this vacuum! It’s pretty and has powerful suction! All you have to do is charge it which it has a base station and fairly long cord. It’s great quality and versatile! It’s not too loud but same as most other vacuums. I can use it all over the house and having two stories it’s nice to carry around. It’s extremely functional and I even use it to vacuum the blinds!

Purchased the vacuum about 4 months ago. I can count on one hand how many times it was used in the last several months since I mainly use it for hard to reach areas and the car when I’m doing a big clean. All of a sudden I noticed that it wasn’t charging and called customer support. They told me it wasn’t the charging base but the handheld unit itself. They said it was within the warranty, so they would ship me out a new vacuum handheld unit. I mean really… even if it wasn’t under the warranty, I barely used this thing, bought it like 100 days ago and I just paid over $100 for a glorified Dustbuster. The real reason I’m placing this 1-star review isn’t even that it stopped working after 4 months of light use, it’s also that I paid so much for it and they charged me over $20 to ship the new unit which is supposedly still under warranty. Not okay. I thought for sure since shark is cheaper than dyson, and tends to get pretty good reviews (I found this one only after my searching on the best handheld on consumer reports), that it would be pretty solid, but maybe a bit worse than dyson. As far as performance while it worked, I was pleasantly surprised. It picked up the tiniest speck of dust and large pellets from around my pellet stove. Cleaned sand out of the car like nobody’s business. I’m short, before it suddenly died, I would have given it a solid 5-stars, which is saying a lot given my standards for product performance. So disappointed that this just stopped working tho, I was thinking it would be as solid as some other more expensive items that paid for themselves over time because of how sturdy they were. I bought 3 cheap immersion blenders which all proceeded to break working minutes to a couple weeks of using them before buying a Bamix. It was 5x the cost, but it’s going strong still (bought it in 2009)!! That is what I hoped for with this being way more expensive than a $30 Dustbuster, but my parent’s Dustbuster has been going strong for 5 years. It’s not the best suction, and it’s clunky and unsightly, but it’s lasted. I have another plug-in large shark vacuum, which I have to say has done well since we got it a few years ago, so I started trusting the brand, but this has me thinking otherwise. I’ll try to update this review once the new handheld unit comes in. Hopefully they just don’t send me another faulty unit especially since making me foot the shipping charge. Update 2/2/22: After Shark made ME for shipping of the new handset (that is what they said the faulty part was), it arrived today. It was dirty, used, and contained no battery. I thought for sure it must be easy then to remove the battery from the old model and place in the new one. It definitely was not. I ended up destroying my knuckles and bleeding everywhere. I finally got the old battery in the new handset and it does not work or charge. I also noticed that the "new" handset is an older model. Now I'm out over $150 for this glorified dust buster. We're definitely going to call again and see if they will fix this mess.

This device works well for small messes and quick vacuums. It’s easier to use than pulling out the big vacuum and makes cleanup a breeze. However, the battery life is terrible. It dies after about 10 minutes. If only this one thing could be fixed, it would be amazing. The attachments could be helpful, but we find them unnecessary. Overall, it does what we want, but if you’re looking for a device for longer jobs, like cleaning inside a car, I would look elsewhere.

This handheld cordless vacuum is exactly what I needed - light weight so I can easly hold it to maneuver over furniture or pick up on debris from a rug. It has great suction power and comes with a brush accessory. I have a shark push vacuum too and have never been disappointed with the quality of Shark products or the customer service if needed. The vacuum's noise level is okay, the battery duration adequate and it sits easily on the charging station that is small enough to be inconspicuous in a room.

Perfect handheld vacuum for cleaning up around the kitchen/workshop or for small house projects. More suction power than I expected for its small profile. I was replacing all of our household outlets with tamper resistant ones (baby on the way) and each outlet change made a small pile of dust and drywall debris. The Wandvac was the perfect tool to clean up these small messes. Our 7 year old twins love using it to clean up their food "specks" after each meal. Easy to clean, clear instructions for cleaning the filter as well. Great product

It's great when it works. But it holds a charge for a very short time. Sometimes, it just keeps turning off after 10-20 seconds, but you can turn it right back on. Over and over again. Sometimes, it stays on for a few minutes. Those are the good times. That said, I keep the little guy plugged in and am happy to have the option to use it.

Nothing wrong with the cleaner I’ve had one before. It’s very powerful. Unfortunately it came from America with an American plug. I wasn’t prepared to pay for an adapter .

I really like this hand vac, it's powerful enough for it's purpose. Charges quickly and lasts long enough to complete a run around clean up. Great product (FYI this is a US version and I had to buy an adaptor plug before I could use it)

The Shark is fine, but the charging plug fitted is the American style 2 pin! This meant I had to buy an appropriate adaptor. I don't think this version should on sale in the UK.

Mother owns many shark things, stick vac and handvac, has used them and raved about the power and dust she gets cleaning with them for over 10 years, now I am onboard with same tools plus this one now. Many uses, sure its loud but I don't care it works great and like all my other shark products it has great suction. The filter captures all dust going in and is easy to disassemble and clean with compressed air. I bought additional filters as well. One touch dumping is easy, it saves me from lugging a giant vacuum hose or larger stick vacuum around the house for crumbs and dust. IMPORTANT: Manual calls for complete discharge after first charge to condition battery this is critical don't ignore instructions READ THEM good people. Averages about 12-15 minutes for continuous use which is more than enough for multi level spot cleaning. I still have a cheapie one for car this one is too nice to do anything but the seats in my auto I don't want to gum it up with mud/salt too much haha. Pro tip the exhaust air doubles as a blower of dust works well for tight spaces then I suck it alll uppppp.
