This is not pure schisandra. It’s like honey and it’s packaged in a plastic bottle. No good!

these shouldn’t be in a plastic bottle! Tinctures are typically alcohol-based, and alcohol can degrade certain plastics, causing them to leach harmful chemicals into the tincture.

Meer helderheid. Alsof de wolkjes in je hoofd ineens wegtrekken. Was verbaasd dat 't echt werkt. Heel fijn. Ook dat het alcoholvrij is en geen suikertoevoegingen of zoiets. Blijkbaar kan je het ook savonds nemen omdat het een regulerende werking heeft en dus niet als een cafeïne werkt. Balancerend, dus kalmerend en alleen als je foggy bent stimulerend.
