I’m enjoying trying out Indian cuisine at the moment and wanted a good set of stainless spoons. Like my hands, plastic ones stain easily using Indian spices! These are just the job, with a comprehensive range of sizes. Two things I particularly like: 1) the handy cm measure on the leveller 2) the unusual 1/8 tsp measure ( my favoured amount of Marmite to add a little flavour to bland wholemeal loaves ).

It’s nice having a wide selection of sizes, especially mid sizes, such as 2/3 table spoon which has turned out to be the one I use the most.

Over the years I've used many spoons to measure quantity starting with the regular spoons in the drawer. I have to say that these are the most versatile and best made I have owned. The range of measures is enough for anyone except for those who want a 'pinch' or a 'smidgen' (you can get those if you search hard enough!). These spoons feel as though they will last forever if treated well. The only thing that bugged me was that the measure down from tablespoon is marked as 2/3 tbsp. In other words it is a desertspoon (dstspn) or 2 tsp. Now, I've never seen a recipe refer to dstspn or 2/3 tbsp, but I have seen them ask for 2 tsp so why not mark it as such.
