My wife was being kept awake because I developed restless leg syndrome and I was having night mares. She suggested I try this Cal m product. I did snd slept better, so did she. Then I saw a friend of mine and he looked terrible, really exhausted. I asked him what was going on, and he said " I got restless leg syndrome, and I can't sleep" so I gave him some of my Cal m. Next thing you know he's bought a bumper pack of it and he tells me that he is sleeping like log. But doctors have been trying to cure it for 15 years!! He looks completely different now, not exhausted, and it'd great to see him so happy. A truly extraordinary product.

Very good for the muscles and nerves

my calf muscles were tight and kept going into spasm, i was recommended to have calcium and magnesium. this CALM product was easy to drink ( you can taste the vinigar) and it felt like it absorbed and the body just calmed down. I will buy this again and keep it on hand. A clean product with nothing else added but the necessary minerals.

A reliable calcium-magnesium supplement from a UK lab for those who'd rather take it as a drink than in tablet form. We are in serious supplement territory here, the taste on it's own is acceptable only to hardcore health fanatics, but if mixed with a little lemon juice- or any other strong, fruity admixture that you like- it becomes palatable. Just experiment a little to get the right balance. The key is of course, remembering this is not a recreational drink, but a heavy duty food supplement. So essentially for a discerning, dedicated sector of the market and ideal for vegans who can keep up on their calcium and magnesium intake easily with this product.

Really helps settle restless legs, anxiety, relaxation, stomach settled, melts perfectly in water and can add juice to taste if needed, really love how it helps other supplements work better aswell...it is probably my favorite, helps with sleep, energy, withdrawal from most drugs or alcohol, although not suitable for benzo withdrawal...check with doc for further info. Brilliant supplement

Calmag is a miracle product, It helps me relax and have a good night sleep, I have taken it for years and it has a big part in my daily diet. Verey reccomended for anyone.

It smells so strongly of vinegar that it almost burns your nose. The fact that 5 teaspoons in boiling water only vaporises the vinegar making it all the more unbearable, and having to drink it is near impossible. It's really, really not nice. But then I guess there is the thing of it's pure taste probably tastes far worse (if that's possible) so it had to be masked with something. But an attempt at a flavour would have done better than this. It's marginally made better by the addition of juice, but still requires a lot of force to get it down. Calcium supplements are important if you're vegan as most calcium sources are from animal products - though there are the exceptions of nuts, beans and legumes. But if you are strongly deficient in dairy then a supplement would be really important. I chose the drink version as I often find supplement tablets too big and uncomfortable to swallow, however after this i'd take a capsule any day. It suggests a dosage for a baby or toddler, frankly I can't think of a bigger suggestion that requires a dose of 'good luck' with that. 2 stars and not one, because at the end of the day it's a calcium powder, and a valid supplement. It's horrible, and could have required a lot more consumer thought, but it also is what it is - it can't be faulted for being anything but you get what it says on the tub.
