This microwave heating shoulder pad works very well for shoulder and neck pain. It heats evenly, stays warm for a good amount of time, and feels soft and comfortable on the skin. It fits well and is easy to use with no wires. I use it regularly and it really helps relieve muscle tension. Highly recommended.

Good weight to it, so it sits nicely on the shoulders. Seems well made, a soft velour fabric. Stays warm for about half an hour after microwaving for 2.5 minutes. It does feel damp when it comes out, as other reviewers have stated, which makes my neck feel damp at the back. Still unsure as to whether it am going to keep it due to this

This item is far smaller than it appears in the photos on the website. It does not reach right across the shoulders or as far down the back as shown. I notice that there are two sizes mentioned in the papers that came with mine, so can only presume that mine is one of the smaller sizes. It smells pleasant when warm, but is slightly damp on removal from the microwave. It does feel soothing, but seems to lose warmth fairly quickly. It is also quite heavy for its size, so may not be very suitable for elderly/frail people.

I sit and work for long hours, and my neck often hurts. This item helps a lot. At first, I thought it was electric, but it actually needs to be heated in the microwave. That’s fine as long as your microwave is big enough. It has a nice, relaxing smell and stays warm for about 30 minutes. I’ve used it for one month and it still works very well. I feel much better after using it for one month Very happy with this purchase!

Very pleased with this heated neck warmer. It certainly has helped my painful neck and shoulders. Unfortunately it did split, however it was replaced very easily and quickly by Ada at Aroma Season. First class customer service!
