I bought this for my daughter because it rained quite a bit. She used them. They are waterproof, thick and compact to travel in her backpack. It’s lightweight and a size fit her just perfect. it was also her favorite color.

I recently purchased these lightweight ponchos with hoods for a vacation, anticipating unpredictable weather forecasts. Although we lucked out with clear skies, I couldn't help but appreciate the quality of these ponchos. Their compact size made them easy to carry around, fitting snugly into my backpack without adding any noticeable weight. The attached hoods were a thoughtful addition, providing extra protection in case of sudden downpours. Despite not needing to use them during our trip, I have no doubt they would have come in handy had the weather taken a turn for the worse. The material felt durable and reliable, instilling confidence in their performance. While I can't comment on their effectiveness in actual rain, I can certainly vouch for their convenience and potential utility. These ponchos are a practical addition to any traveler's arsenal, ensuring you're prepared for whatever weather may come your way.

It's a good poncho and protects from the rain. Used it in the rainforest and kept me from being drenched. It's lightweight but is a bit noisy.

These ponchos saved the day, and kept us dry and warm. We purchased these ponchos for our trip to Japan. We were expecting rain, but not snow. We couldn’t have made it throughout the day at the park without them! They came well-packed and that made it easy for traveling and bringing them into the theme parks. These are a must for us now when we travel!

I bought these for a music festival that’s known to have a lot of rain. I saw another review a woman say that she was 250 pounds and was able to wear a backpack with this and it still fit well so I bought it( I’m 220 but I hold a lot of weight in my chest so the backpack part made me excited it would work. Unfortunately the jacket was very tight on me and it bubbled/opened around my chest area with me alone. I still wore it for some sometime during the day one but chose a different jacket for day two. It did keep me dry and if I was smaller, I think it would’ve been great.

Had a similar one and it lasted 7 years. Hoping for the same luck with these. Seem thin, but they're sturdy. Snap front. Arms are plenty long enough - I could probably roll them up (if it weren't raining when i was wearing it 😂)

Both rain coats held up nicely throughout the vacation, multiple instances of rainy days, from drizzle to soaking rain. No leaks, and no tears even after folding them over and over and carrying in a backpack. Lightweight but durable. Would recommend for travel.
