This is an absolutely amazing flour and product! After using this flour, no other flour will do for me. It does everything my family needs from flour: cakes, cookies, crumbs, biscuits, croissants, you name it; this is the flour for anything requiring flour. This brand is pricey compared to other flours, but you can't put a price on health and happiness. It's worth the dough! It's a healthy flour. and it cooks, tastes, and digests like it. I can't say that for most 'healthy' flours I've cooked with, and I'm not kidding when I say I really can't say enough about this flour. Buy it, try it, and it's great!

What a wonderful product! I had never used presifted flour before, but after some research figured it out. Since wheat flour is detrimental to my health, this spelt is a wonderful substitute if you’re not celiac. It allows me to bake bread and rolls and occasional sweet things.

I hardly ever write any reviews but this product deserves it!! I looove baking with spelt and have tried many different brands. THIS is THE best product!! I am very excited for baking more with it. Especially breads and challah that needs long resting times in the fridge. Highly recommended.

I was really worried this would arrived damaged in the box due to others' experience. However, I am delighted to say mine was safe. Mine arrived securely in a box inside of a box. There was no room for the bags to shift and break. It arrived on time and with an expiration dated for 9 months out. Bakes great and tastes great! Update. - I have since ordered a second set and it also arrived safely without damage or leakage. Small tight box inside larger box . Very pleased

I bake some type of bread every day. Our family and dinner guests love this flour. I used it for all my Christmas baking this year. It makes my cinnamon rolls so fluffy and airy. I won’t use any other spelt flour.
