I tried many but zandu nityam is very effective even at half tablet level. Better take half tablet around 5 pm and observe the excellent results.. Even seniors can use daily without any problem but finding suitable dose. Avoid excess dose.

Works very well, almost too well. Sometimes I have to take one every other day and not every day. Not the best taste but tolerable.
