Got this March 2024 for the cheapest build I could manage that would allow my console husband to play PC PalWorld with me (before crossplay came out). It is now August 30, 2025, and I don't think we've ever shut the PC down, but this thing is still running perfectly. Once PalWorld got boring, its been used for "friendslop" random games like repo or peak, and hosted a 24/7 ARK server for 8 months. (ARK was not played on the PC, it was only used to host the server while we played on different machines, so this is more of a constant wear thing rather than a performance ancedote.) Now its running Roblox pretty regularly, but still no issues with performance or temps. I choose a 1660 Super because my kids were running Palworld on their big brand GPUs, plus roblox, minecraft, and fortnight, so I knew a 1660 super could do it, I just wasn't sure about this super cheap off-brand. Between the price and the return policy I was willing to risk it despite there not being many reviews, and I'm glad I did. This was a great tester to see how much use a 4th PC would get in our house. I don't know that it could run any of the newer AA titles, but for a cheap casual starter build, or a kid who just needs a fortnight/roblox/minecraft machine its perfect.

I have a Lenovo desktop, model M720T with a Gold G5400 Intel I-3 CPU. This card literally cranked up this computer more than I could have hoped. I had read and studied that this card is a perfect compliment to this CPU as neither one will choke the other so to speak. I have Plex, and was having serious stress issues with the CPU being maxed out trying to keep up with the transcoding. After installing this card I now can run all 4 of my HD Homerun Flex 4K tuners at 720P HD quality, and run 2 video sources on my computer at the same time and still navigate web pages on the computer, although it did struggle a bit, but not bad on pulling up webpages at times. This told me this card was perfect! The 6 Gig of DDR6 ram combined with the PCI Express 3.0 speeds really done the job well for speeding up this computer in everything. The only negative issues I had was with the install. Although I measured the size and it fit ok, the plug sticking up to plug the power in to the card caused me not to be able to shut the lid. I was able to find an adapter to re-route it downward, but then the adapter hit the cage that holds spin drives which I don't use any more and didn't need the space for it and I carefully drilled out the rivets and removed the cage. I then had an issue with the fold down closing and had to smash the spot flat where the plumbing is on the card to get it to shut. It did work and I got it done, but it was tough. See photos to better know what it required me to go through to get it to fit. You can see the thick rounding on the fold down that I had to flatten at the point of contact with the top of card, as it is extremely close to the case lid. I don't do gaming but gave it 5 stars as I am sure even with my slower processor it would do very well with games that it would not do without this card. Just to help address the capabilities of this card I got high 80's on the 4K frame rates per second, which I am sure helps tell many that is in to gaming what this can do. The internal video would not do over 8 per second. It is a great price, a well built card, and I am extremely happy and highly recommend purchasing!

This is one of the best values in a gaming card right now. It screams at 1080p with high frame rates in just about any game I throw at it. It doesn't have some of the newer features such as ray tracing, but so far I haven't noticed any difference. Games set to high graphics settings with all the visual effects turned on run great. Visual effects in Diablo IV, for example, are stunning. Card runs very quiet and the fans turn off under light load. I barely notice any fan noise when pushing it hard. Note this card requires an 8-pin power connector. I did knock one star off the rating because this card comes with zero accessories from ZER-LON. If you get a GTX1660 from other vendors they often throw in things like plugs for the unused ports, quick-start guides, or driver disks. ZER-LON gives you bupkis. Even the packaging is cheesy and generic.

Bought this for my old HP Omen which had a 1060 which was fine for most games on low, but with the newer games struggled even on low settings, I looked into upgrading and found the 1660 Super to be a good fit without having to change out other components of my computer. Install was super easy and almost plug and play, since then many of my games like have been running smooth and even newer games have almost no issue with low to mid settings. Been using it for a few months with no issues, I am very happy with this purchase and a good budget card for what I want.

I have had this thing for about 3-4 years and it still runs strong and isnt even that loud. It runs and its budget and worth it. It requires 125-150 watts and about 200 watts of headroom. It doesn't overheat, at least I think. When I first got it, it had performed the same level of performance of any other gtx 1660 super but for lik $60 less. It fits nicely, simple design, and very capable in old games and new games. It definitely keeps up with the demand. And shows resilience in life expectancy and quality of performance. I have had it since I was in 7th grade. I am now a junior in highschool. It has been a friend to me.
