Excellent Puncher
I really enjoy using Bira punches. They are strong and cut straight through card stock. What is great about them is that you can flip them and see where you are punching!

occasionally will snag
craft paper will occasionally snag on the stamp. it will cause the paper to tear and the heart will not come out correctly. but still worth the price :) i made a string of hearts for decor ♡
