Poor quality product and inconvenience done by the delivery agent
Product received was missing Allen key in box. Also the clamp was not proper the holes to fit are already have cracks and if we try to tighten to bike, the clamps will easily broken. I placed for a replacement and it was to deliver by 26-May-2025, but the delivery agent was doing fake delivery attempts and giving a missed call without a full ring and rescheduled the delivery to next business day. The same thing happened on 27-May-2025 also delivery agent done a fake attempt without visiting my premises and rescheduled it Tomorrow.This is not a fair business by Amazon.I requested for a refund instead of replacement which delivery agents are not doing for past 2 days.
