I reviewed all of the electric lunch boxes on Amazon before picking this one. I just used mine for the first time. I had some left overs in a small glass storage container and I wanted to see if I could heat it in the electric lunch box, rather than putting the food directly in the stainless steel bowl. Since it was frozen solid, I checked it at 30 min, and it was thawed and room temp. So I set another 30 min timer, but probably needed just 20 min. I'm particular about left over food getting heated up to 165° to kill bacteria. This definitely heated it up above that. There was some condensation on the lid during the second round of heating, and when it dropped onto the steel bowl it sizzled and I could see my food was simmering - it got that hot! The lid sealed well, I had no idea how hot things were getting until I opened it. Once I unplugged it, I left the lid off and it cooled pretty quickly. I'm impressed by the size, compact but definitely large enough for bigger meals (and plenty big enough for my single serving glass storage dishes). This is perfect for lunches or meals on the go. It was so easy to use! The storage pouch is pretty decent quality, the zipper works great, even one handed and smoothly. I'm definitely going to be gentle with it, since other reviews on this and other electric lunch boxes claim that they are flimsy. But I think it will hold up nicely with time. If I have any troubles with it breaking, I will update my review. What a great value! You definitely don't want to forget it and leave it on for too long, it might be a fire hazard and gets really hot inside to where your food would start burning.

Really good, heats up well. Only thing, you have to plug it in atleast an hour before your lunch time. Also, the food will stick so make sure to tip a little water in the container when heating. The cover doesn’t close smoothly but it’s not a big deal. I am hoping it lasts for a good while

Love it! Keeps my food warm. Nice snap cover for a good seal. No excessive liquids. Easy to use just plug it in and you’re good to go after a few minutes. Easy to clean. Comes with a cute tine fork and knife. Comes with a car plug and a wall plug. Carry case is really nice quality and insulated, easy to wipe clean if any spills.

Bought this as a replacement for an older heated lunchbox i had. The selling point for me was the ability to use a wall plug along with the car plug. I washed it before use and added in ice cold lintel soup with a can of beans and frank. With in 25 minutes my food was nice and hot using the wall plug. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to be able to use this both on the road or at home or your office. Works excellent and happy I bought this one. Perfect size and was happy to also have a small plastic container for separating other food I dont want heated. Only complaint is the 110 wall plug needs about 2-3ft added to the length.

I am absolutely satisfied with this TRAVELISIMO electric lunch box. Since it’s 80W, it heats up my food significantly faster than other models I’ve tried—usually, my meal is piping hot in about 20–30 minutes. It’s perfect for the office or even for road trips since it comes with adapters for both wall outlets and car/truck plugs. The stainless steel tray is easy to clean and doesn't retain odors.
