I have been looking around for a small, sturdy container that I could attach to my keychain, and I am so glad that I found this one. First, it is designed so that you can have from on to three separate compartments, which is why I decided to try it, and the manufacturing on this makes it work just as you would want--the sections fit together perfectly and are easy to open, or add/detach a compartment. Second, it is titanium and seems nearly indestructible. Third, it is relatively small but large enough to hold several normal-sized pills or supplements (such as Beano or Lactaid) in each compartment--some of the others that I tried were simply too small to hold anything other than a small round pill. Fourth, there is a gasket for each compartment so they are waterproof. Just make sure you do not consider the size to be too big; for me this has just the right trade-off of size versus capacity.

Yes, it does seem expensive for what it is but the quality is there. I have the two piece set and it fits in more than I expected. I keep severely different pills with me for what if scenarios. It's light and fits on my keychain perfectly. I'm not worried about water or anything else getting inside because it's sealed very tightly when screwed together and it does have a rubber seal to help prevent anything from getting inside. If you need to carry pills, preferably the smaller sort, this is for you! Don't waste money on those cheap containers and spend the money on something that will last.

This is a great container, the gasket seals start to degrade fairly quick, and the included ring that attaches to your keychain gets stuck in the hole of the pill organizer occasionally. However, this product is great for keeping a supply of perscription meds for emergencies, or advil/tylenol for unexpected small injuries during the workday. The gasket, even with some noticeable wear appears to hold up very well against water ingress. Note: I discovered that you can open this from both endsa few months after having it, it's quite convenient.

Review Update: I’ve been using the smallest version of this titanium pill keychain container for over a year now, love it and has held up perfectly. I’ve enjoyed using it so much that I thought I’d buy the large one for my supplements (can be tailored to the size you need by the sections used). Since I have, I’ve been taking them more consistently. New photos added. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ After I started to need to take a couple of pills later in the day, I started looking for a convenient cool looking portable case. Then I found this little beauty — which in turn, turned me onto more titanium keyring/keychain pieces. But that’s besides the point. :) This container is well-built/machined, has plenty of room for my medication and the shine has held up great — hasn’t tarnished or anything. I feel confident this pill container would keep my pills dry if submerged under water but I haven’t tested. Love the convenience of having my medication with me if I’m out and about. Great value for the $!

Excellent small pill container. Clip it to your keys, you'll forget it's there until you need it. Pack it with a cotton ball to keep pills from moving and turning to dust.

Small is right. Doesn't hold much, but can be expanded. Don't really use it. Seals up. Seems strong. Would be handy to keep some nitro pills in.

Lightweight, works well. I use the bottom chamber for cold med or tylonol. Use the other 2 chambers for an am and pm dose of my daily medicine. Fits on my keychain, convenient and easy to use.

Feels cheap. Threading could be better as it's often difficult to catch the thread. Glass breaking metal point fell out the first day.

Too small for anything, unless it's an illicit substance, even then...I ended up returning it.
